Important information about payments, insurance, and policies
I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service via credit card, HSA/FSA, or check.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire about availability during your consultation.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
