What is mobile therapy?
Mobile therapy means I come to you. For clients who are homebound, have mobility issues, or simply prefer the comfort of their own home, I offer discreet home visits for therapy sessions.
Standard individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions and initial assessments may be longer, typically 75-90 minutes. We’ll discuss what works best for your needs during our initial consultation.

The first session is about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable working with me.
Yes, I offer licensure supervision for ACSW, AMFT, and APCC candidates, as well as field instruction for MSW graduate students. If you’re seeking customized supervision, I’d be happy to discuss your needs.
What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy, sex therapy, couples therapy, mobile therapy (home visits), grief counseling, and addiction recovery support. Each approach is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

My style is directive, dynamic, and compassionate. I love to develop rapport quickly with my clients to create a safe and comfortable environment even when addressing uncomfortable topics. I often provide ‘homework’ or suggestions for between-session engagement to maximize your progress.

I accept Aetna EAP (Employee Assistance Program). For other insurance plans, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

I accept payment via Zelle or check. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Yes! I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of virtual visits. This is a great option for those with busy schedules or mobility concerns.
