How I Can Help

As a Certified Grief Therapist, I understand that grief is not a linear process and there is no ‘right’ way to grieve. Society often rushes us to ‘get over’ our losses, but healing takes time and looks different for everyone. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a relationship, a career, your health, or are facing any significant life loss, I provide a compassionate space to process your pain without judgment. My approach honors your unique experience while gently supporting you through the various manifestations of grief—the waves of sadness, anger, guilt, and everything in between. Together, we’ll work on integrating your loss into your life story in a way that allows you to move forward while still honoring what and who you’ve lost. Grief never fully disappears, but it can become more bearable.
